When thinking of legendary American muscle cars, the Chevy Camaro sits atop the list. Year after year, however, this classic car stays ahead of the curve with high-tech and stylish updates that help to continue the Camaro’s class-leading legacy. The recently revealed 2020 Chevrolet Camaro updates raise that bar even further.
The 2020 Camaro SS features a suave new front-end appearance, featuring a repositioned Chevy bowtie emblem in the upper grille and a body-color bar stylishly separating the upper and lower grilles. Steve Majoros, director of Chevrolet car and crossover marketing, said that the “overwhelmingly positive” reaction to the Camaro Shock show car that debuted at the 2018 SEMA Show “helped prompt its transition from concept to production.”
Twenty-inch forged-aluminum wheels are available on the SS, LT, and LT1 models, continuing to enhance the new Camaro’s bold looks.
At the same time, the 2020 Camaro provides new possibilities for power. The new LT1 trim incorporates the style of the SS with the power of V8 performance, boasting a 455-horsepower engine. What’s more, it will provide a whole lot of bang for not a lot of bucks.
“The new Camaro LT1 is a great choice for those seeking a pure V-8 performance experience,” said Majoros. “And at less than $35,000, it will be one of the most affordable V-8 performers on the market.”
The 2020 Chevrolet Camaro will be available at Don Larson GM later this year. Call or email your enquiries to make sure that you’re one of the first up to take this beast for a ride.
